ACTORS COMPANY
2 Programs. The Actors Company offers original, engaging, historical and literary character-based shows. Our highly interactive programs support educational objectives in ELA, HSS & STE in schools, as well as life-long learning goals in community settings. Shows are presented in period costume, and adaptable to specific curricular, developmental, and scheduling needs. The Actors Company also offers professional development workshops for performing artists.
ALBANY INSTITUTE OF ART AND HISTORY

CINCINNATI ART MUSEUM
10 Programs. In the late nineteenth century, public art museums were still very much a new phenomenon, especially as far west as Cincinnati. Following the success of the 1876 Centennial Exhibition held in Philadelphia, the Women’s Art Museum Association was organized in Cincinnati with the intent of bringing such an institution to the region for the benefit of all citizens. At the conclusion of the celebrations, Memorial Hall--which had been constructed as the Exhibition's art gallery-- remained open as the Pennsylvania Museum and School of Industrial Art "for the improvement and enjoyment of the people of the Commonwealth"
